摘要
农村居民收入来源及构成变化与收入差异的变动趋势之间存在密切的关联性。基于农村居民收入存在明显的区域差异这一事实，本文从收入来源角度，采用我国1993～2013年间农村居民家庭人均纯收入及其来源的面板数据，运用基尼系数及其相应的分解方法，对我国农村居民收入的区域差异问题进行研究。结果表明：20多年来，我国四犬区域农村居民收入差异呈现“平稳——上升——下降”的三阶段特征。从收入来源分解来看，财产性系数和工资性系数远高于总系数，是导致总收入差异的主要因素。工资性收入在总收入中所占比重一直处于上升态势，且远高于财产性收入，是造成不同区域农村居民收入差异的核心因素。这一结论表明增加中西部地区工资性收入是缩小农村居民区域收入差距的主要措施。
There exists the close correlation between sources and composition of income and the change trend of income disparity. Based on the gap of the incomes of the rural residents , from the perspective of revenue sources, using the various income of rural residents from 1993 to 2012 panel data, using the gini coefficient and its corresponding decomposition method, this paper studies on the regional difference of China＇s rural residents income and decomposition problems. Results show that in the past 20 years the income of four regional differences in rural residents present ＂smooth-up-down＂ three stage characteristic. From the point of kinds of income , property coefficient and wage coefficient is much higher than the total coefficient, is the main factor leading to total income differences. Salary income proportion in the total income has been rising, and far higher than that of properry income, even if the current wage coefficient is slightly lower than property coefficient, wage income is caused by the core element of the rural residents＇ income difference between different areas. The results indicate that increasing salary income is in the midwest areas rural residents income gap of the fundamental measures.
