摘要
目的：分析原发性肝癌患者接受根治性手术联合5-Fu缓释剂术中植入的预后情况。方法：选取2011年5月-2014年11月间在汉中市中心医院接受根治性手术治疗的90例原发性肝癌患者，根据接受的治疗方式不同随机分为观察组及对照组各45例。对照组患者接受单纯根治性手术治疗，观察组患者接受根治性手术联合5-Fu缓释剂术中植入治疗，对比两组患者的细胞免疫功能、酶类标志物水平、肿瘤标志物水平、白介素-32（IL-32）表达情况差异。结果：观察组患者的治疗后CD4＋、CD4＋／CD8＋、NK水平高于对照组患者，CD8＋水平低于对照组患者（均P〈0．05）；观察组患者的治疗后血清ALT、AST、GGT、ALP水平低于对照组，CHE水平高于对照组患者（均P〈0．05）；观察组患者的治疗后血清AFP、AFU、CA199值均低于对照组患者（均P〈0．05）；观察组患者的治疗后血清IL-32表达水平低于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论：原发性肝癌患者接受根治性手术联合5-Fu缓释剂术中植入治疗，可以降低肿瘤细胞恶性程度、提升机体免疫力，提升整体治疗效果。
Objective： To analyze the prognosis of radical surgery combined with intraoperative implantation of 5-Fu slow released formulation in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods：A total of 90 cases with primary hepato cellular carcinoma who received radical surgery in Hanzhong Central Hospital from May 2011 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment, each group with 45 cases. Control group received radical surgery alone, observation group received radical surgery combined with intraoperative implantation of 5-Fu slow-released formulation. Cellular immune function, marker enzyme levels, tumor marker levels and interleukin- 32 （IL-32） expression of two groups were compared. Results： CD4＋, CD44-/CD84- and NK levels of observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of control group and CD8 4- level was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05） serum ALT, AST, GGT and ALP levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group and CHE level was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05） serum AFP, AFU and CA199 values of observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05） serum IL- 32 expression level of observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Oonclusion： Radical surgery combined with intraoperative implantation of 5-Fu slow-released formulation for patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma can reduce the malignant degree of tumor cells, enhance body＇s immunity and improve overall treat- ment effect.
