摘要
倾动炉是高品位粗铜精炼的重要设备之一,结构复杂,现场安装工程量大,安装质量要求高,本文从底部支承、倾动装置、炉体上层结构体、弹簧预紧装置、液压系统和涂装等方面对倾动炉的安装质量控制重点进行了叙述。
As one of main devices of high-grade blister refining, tilting furnace has the properties of complicated structure, large quantities of site installation, high installation quality requirement. The paper describes control points of installation quality of tilting furnace from the aspects of bottom bearing, tilting device, upper structure body of furnace, spring pre-tightening device, hydraulic system and coating etc.
