摘要
结合海外矿山工程项目实例,从设计标准、设计深度、设计手段、项目投资控制要求、设计审核程序等方面分析了海外矿山工程设计项目与中国项目存在的差异,及由此带来的风险,对海外矿山工程设计项目的管理要点进行了探讨。
By combining with example of overseas mine engineering project, the paper analyzes the differences existing in overseas mine engineering design projects and China＇s projects from the aspects of design standard, design depth, design measures,requirement of project investment control and check procedures and the risks, and discusses management key points of overseas mine engineering design projects.
