摘要
针对铅酸蓄电池脉冲快速充电试验中需要调节脉冲宽度等众多参数的问题,采用电能双向变换技术、DSP控制技术设计了脉冲充电装置,该装置采用一套主电路实现了对蓄电池的降压充电和升压放电。试用表明,该装置脉冲充电方法的参数调节灵活,运行稳定可靠,能展开多种类型的脉冲充电试验。
There are many parameters should be adjusted in the pulse fast charge experimen of lead-acid batteries. In order to solve this problem, pulse charging device is designed based on bidirectional power conversion technology and DSP control technology. The device can lower the voltage to charge battery and raise the voltage to discharge battery with only one set of main circuit. Test shows that the parameters' adjustment of pulse fast charge device is flexible, its operation is stable and reliable, and various pulse charging experiments can be carried out by the device.
