摘要
Wiseye1000快速测井平台是大庆钻探工程公司测井公司针对薄层开发的高分辨率快速成像测井系统。为了满足该平台快速组合测井数据传输的要求,采用CAN总线作为井下仪器总线结构的解决方案。文章详细介绍了利用C8051F041控制器及其内部集成的CAN核实现井下仪器CAN子节点的过程。试验证明,基于此方案的井下仪器连接线少、可靠性高、传输速率快、扩展灵活,具有较好的应用前景。
Wiseyel1000 express platform is a high — resolution imaging logging system for thin layers developed by Daqing Drilling and Engineering Company. In order to meet the need of data transmission in the system,CAN bus is used as downhole tool bus. In the paper, the realization of CAN child nodes in downhole tool is introduced with C8051F041 controller and the internal integrated CAN core. The experiments prove that it has advantages of less line, more reliability, fast transmission and flexible extension and good prospect.
