摘要 细菌的Ⅵ型分泌系统(T6SS)参与了细菌与细菌间、细菌与宿主间的相互作用,在细菌的存活及致病中发挥着重要的作用。本研究中综述了细菌T6SS的发现与命名、结构与组成,调控机制(Fur、σ54依赖性激活因子、表面缔合、群体感应)与作用机制的最新研究进展,并对其下一步的研究方向进行展望。本研究结果可为深入研究细菌T6SS在细菌间及细菌与宿主间的作用机制,研制基于T6SS的疫苗或靶向药物,寻找对细菌T6SS有效的防控措施提供参考。 Bacteria Ⅵ secretion system(T6SS) involves in the interaction between the bacteria and bacteria,or bacteria and host,and plays an important role in the survival and pathogenesis of the bacteria.The discovery and terminology,structure and composition,and the regulatory mechanism(Fur,σ54-dependent activators,surface association,quorum sensing) of bacterial T6 SS is reviewed,and the further research aspects is suggested.This review provides the reference for further research on the T6 SS mechanism and looking for T6SS-based vaccine or drugs to prevention and control bacterial diseases.
