摘要
目的:探讨泌尿外科手术患者的心理护理方法。方法:对400例泌尿外科手术患者实施心理护理后的临床资料进行分析。结果:全组病例经及时、积极有效的心理疏导,心理障碍逐渐消除,取得药物治疗难以取得的效果和取得患者的配合及术后的恢复,达到满意效果;未发生因心理障碍者对医疗与护理的抗拒行为。结论:对泌尿外科患者围手术期心理护理,可显著提高医疗与护理质量。
To explore the methods of psychological nursing for patients in Department of Urology operation.Method,Analysis of chmcal data of 400 cases of surgical patients with psychological nursing in Department of urology, Result：The patients in all groups were treated in time, the positive and effective psychological guidance, psychological disorder gradually eliminated, the effect of drug treatment is difficult to achieve and achieved in patients with the recovery, to achieve satisfactory results, the psychological barrier is not due to the medical and nursing care. Conclusion：Psychological nursing of patients in Department of Urology can improve the quality of medical treatment and nursing.
