摘要
根据国内外煤矿区煤层气利用技术发展趋势,不同浓度煤层气均能实现有效利用,目前对多种煤层气利用途径综合评价和对比分析研究不足,不同政策因素对煤层气利用带来的经济影响仍需深入探讨。构建了煤矿区煤层气利用途径技术-经济-环境多指标评价体系,建立了模块化输入输出模型。在对中高浓度煤层气发电、中高浓度煤层气提浓制LNG、中高浓度煤层气提浓制CNG、低浓度煤层气发电、极低浓度煤层气供热、低浓度和极低浓度煤层气混配发电等6项典型煤矿区煤层气利用途径工艺分析基础上,展开不同浓度煤层气利用途径技术、经济和环境指标评价,并分析不同补贴力度对煤层气利用经济效益的影响。
According to the domestic and foreign development trend of coal mine methane (CMM) utili- zation technology, CMM in any concentration can be effectively used. However, the variety of CMM utili- zation approaches by using comprehensive evaluation method and comparative analysis research is insuffi- cient, and economic effects of different policy factors on CMM utilization still need to be discussed in depth. The technological-economical-environmental evaluation index system of CMM utilization is con- structed, and a modular input output model is built. Based on the analysis about six typical CMM utiliza- tion technologies, including medium concentration CMM for power generation, medium concentration CMM for LNG/CNG, low concentration CMM for power generation, extremely low concentration CMM for heating, low and extremely low concentration CMM for power generation and so on, and technical, eco- nomical and environmental index are evaluated. Meanwhile, the effect of different subsidies by the eco- nomic benefit of CMM is analyzed.
