摘要
文章提出了一种旨在降低单井钻井成本、提高单井产量和排采寿命的煤层气单支水平井,省去洞穴直井,简化井身结构,采用上倾轨迹设计,采用大孔径筛管完井,设计了一种新型筛管结构和配套的筛管悬挂丢手系统。该工艺在山西沁水盆地得到成功应用,为我国煤层气高效开发提供了一种新的井型。
Aiming at the series of problems exist in CBM multi-branch horizontal well scale applications, the paper puts forward a kind of drilling & completion technologies on CBM single-branch horizontal well. The objective is to reduce the single well drilling cost and to improve the yield of single well and working life. This paper systematically discusses the technical points of CBM single-branch horizontal well drilling & completion and optimization design method of hole trajectory, illustrates the structure characteristics of special-purpose sieve hanging system and the optimization of various parameters of large aperture slotted sieve tube. The process provide a new option of has been successfully applied in Qinshui Basin of Shanxi Province, which will drilling for the effective development of CBM in China.
