摘要
目的:观察开角型青光眼患者治疗前、后眼底血流状态的变化情况。方法:选取2013年10月~2015年5月于本院进行治疗的60例开角型青光眼患者为观察组,60例同期体检健康人员为对照组。检测对照组、观察组治疗前及治疗后2、4、8及12周的眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉及睫状后动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、最大收缩期流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)及平均流速水平(VM),并进行比较。结果:观察组治疗前及治疗后2、4及8周的眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉及睫状后动脉RI及PI均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉及睫状后动脉PSV、EDV及VM均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后各时间检测结果均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗后12周两组上述统计指标间比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:开角型青光眼患者治疗前、后眼底血流状态的变化较大,各动脉血流均处于持续改善的状态。
Objective: To observe the change of fundus blood flow state of patients with open-angle glaucoma after the treatment. Methods..A total of 60 patients with open-angle glaucoma treated in our hospital from October 2013 to May 20]5 were selected as the observation group, another 60 healthy persons with physical examination during the same period served as control group. Resistance index(RI), pulsatility index(PI), peak-systolic velocity(PSV), end-diastolic velocity(EDV) and mean velocity(VM) of ocular artery,central retinal artery and posterior ciliary artery of control group and observation group before treatment and 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks after treatment were compared. Results..RI and PI of ocular artery, central retinal artery and posterior ciliary artery of observation group before treatment and 2, 4, 8weeks after treatment were all significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05) ,while PSV,EDV and VM of ocular artery,central retinal artery and posterior ciliary ar- tery were all significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05). All indexes were significantly improved after treatment in observation group (P〈0.05). The differences in indexes were not significant between control group and observation group 12 weeks after treatment (P〉0.05). Conclusions: Patients with open-angle glaucoma show significant change in fundus blood flow state after the treatment, and all artery blood flows present continuous improvement.
