摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者炎症因子、脂肪因子的变化。方法:根据骨密度情况将142例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,分别为骨质疏松(OP)组78例,非骨质疏松(NOP)组64例,测定两组血脂、炎症因子、脂肪因子水平,并进行比较。结果:血脂水平比较:两组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无明显差异(P>0.05),OP组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)明显高于NOP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);炎症因子水平比较:OP组血清单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平较NOP组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脂肪因子水平比较:OP组血清脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酵抑制剂(vaspin)、脂联素(adiponectin)水平均低于NOP组,OP组内脏脂肪素(visfatin)明显高于NOP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者的炎症因子水平与脂肪因子水平的变化可能增加并发骨质疏松症的危险。
Objective: To investigate the changes of inflammatory factors and adipokines in diabetic osteoporosis pa tients. Methods: A total of 142 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into osteoporosis group (OP, n= 78) and nonosteoporosis group (NOP, n=64). Levels of blood lipid, inflammatory factors and adipokines were tested and compared. Results: For blood Lipid, there was no significant difference in low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) levels between the two groups (P〉0.05),While the level of total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in OP group were significantly higher than NOP group (P〈0.05) ; the inflammatory factors including monocyte chemotactie protein 1 (MCP-1), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels in OP group were high- er than NOP group with significant difference (P〈0.05); For adipokines, the vaspin and adiponectin levels in OP group were siqnificantly lower and visfatin level was significantly higher compared with NOP group(P〈0.05). Conclusions: The changes of the inflammatory factors and adipokines level might increase the risk of the osteoporosis in type 2 diabetic patients.
