摘要
目的观察曾学文之通补兼施方对高血压早期肾损害的治疗效果。方法 50例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例。对照组常规使用西医等治疗,治疗组在对照组西医治疗的基础上加用通补兼施方。结果治疗组总有效率92.00%优于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组SBP、DBP差别不大(均P>0.05)。治疗后两组血压均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05),但两组间血压差别不大(均P>0.05)。治疗组对眩晕、腰膝酸软、五心烦热、夜尿频多、脉络瘀血及舌苔、脉象的改善优于对照组(均P<0.05);但在头痛头胀、急躁易怒、口干口苦、耳鸣等症状改善方面,两组差别不大(均P>0.05)。两组治疗前尿m Alb、β2-MG、NAG差别不大(均P>0.05),两组治疗后尿m Alb、β2-MG、NAG均较治疗前均下降(均P<0.05),且治疗组尿m Alb、β2-MG下降程度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论通补兼施方对高血压早期肾损害有较好治疗效果,与常规西药配合治疗有一定的协同作用。
Objective： To observe therapeutical effect of Dredge-supplement prescription on hypertension nephropathy. Methods： 50 patients with early hypertensive nephropathy were randomized equally into two groups： the treatment group（n= 25） and the control group（n= 25）. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional medicine therapy. Apart from these,the patients in the treatment group were treat- ed with Dredge-Supplement prescription. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group with 92.00% was superior to that of the control group with 68.00%（P〈 0.05）. The improvements on dizziness, lumbar debility,nocturia,context stasis,tongue and pulses condition of the treatment group were better than that of the control group. Thus,there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： There is a thera- peutical effect of Dredge-supplement prescription on hypertension nephropathy,and there are synergistic ef- fects of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine.
