摘要
为了快速、准确、自动化地实现各种复杂的机械密封端面微造型可视化设计,通过运用AtiveX Automation技术及LabVIEW互联接口技术,完成LabVIEW对AutoCAD Ative X Objects的访问,通过直接进行两者间各种功能调用,开发端面微造型可视化设计系统。该系统可根据微造型设计参数和形式的选择,完成微造型绘制、数据计算和2D与3D图形的自动绘制,并输出相对应的格式文件应用于激光加工和数值模拟。采用该系统可快速、准确地完成微造型的设计加工和性能优化。
In order to achieve the visualization design of complex micro-texturing in the end faces of mechanical seals accurately and automatically, the visualization design system of micro-texturing in the end faces of mechanical seals was de- veloped by using AtiveX Automation technique and LabVIEW internet interface technique, which can complete LabVIEW access to AutoCAD AtiveX Objects, and can mutually call various functions between LabVIEW and AutoCAD AtiveX Objects directly.The system can calculate the drawing data of micro-texturing, draw the 2D and 3D geometric figures automatically and output the corresponding file format for the laser surface texturing and the numerical simulation according to the design parameters and the type selections.This visualization design system can achieve the designing, manufacturing and performance optimization of micro-texturing quickly and accurately.
