大尺寸异形模块吊装时的难点有:如何确定模块重心,设计合理的吊耳和索具来确保模块吊装平稳,判断模块是否满足吊装强度。通过Solidworks软件,可建立模型来计算出模块的重心;根据模块尺寸和重心位置,设计合适的吊耳和索具;使用软件所提供的有限元分析插件,判断模型是否满足吊装强度并自动生成应力分析报告,为吊装方案提供科学依据。因此,Solidworks非常适用于大尺寸异形模块的吊装设计。
