摘要
冷轧无取向硅钢是一种碳的质量分数极低的硅铁软磁合金,是发展电力电讯和军工事业必需的磁性材料。介绍了承钢1780线试制CGW800A钢的工艺过程。通过优化调整转炉、精炼、RH轧钢工艺工序,严格控制过程增碳、增氮,试制的4炉无取向硅钢钢水可浇性好,成分100%合格,轧制性能满足客户需求。
Cold rolling non- oriented silicon steel is a kind of silicon- iron soft magnetic alloy with a very lowmass fraction of carbon,a magnetic material necessary for electricity,telecommunications and military industry. It is introduced the trial- produce process of CGW800 A in 1780 line of Cheng Steel. With optimizing adjusting stages of converter,refining and RH steel rolling,strictly controlling recarburization and nitrogen increasing in the process,the trial- produced 4 heats of non- oriented silicon steel have a good castability,and 100% qualified composition,and rolling performance meeting customers’ requirement.
