摘要
患者男,39岁。全身斑块结节伴瘙痒、疼痛1年余。患者为异性恋,有不洁性生活史。实验室检查示:HIV初筛及确认试验均为阳性,CD4+细胞计数70个/μL,皮肤组织病理及免疫组织化学均符合Kaposi肉瘤。
A 39-year-old male presented with algesic and pruritic plaques, nodules on the whole skin for more than 1 year. He was straight and had a history of unclean sex life. Laboratory examination revealed HIV antibody test was positive. The cell count of CD4^＋ was 70/μL. Pathological and immunohistochemical examination confirmed the diagnosis of Kaposi＇s sarcoma.
