摘要
目的采用诺丁汉健康量表(Nottingham health profile,NHP)评价并对比健康教育前后,梅毒患者NHP评分情况,了解门诊健康教育对梅毒患者生活质量的影响。方法对梅毒患者进行NHP评分,同时进行健康教育,内容包括知识宣教和心理疏导,并于健康教育后3个月再次进行NHP评分,采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析,应用均数、标准差、构成比进行描述,单因素分析采用t检验。结果共调查梅毒患者109例,问卷回收率100%。健康教育前不同人口特征比较,初中及以上文化程度在睡眠、社会生活和情感反应的NHP评分高于初中以下文化程度者(P<0.05);梅毒患者健康教育后,其生活质量在睡眠、社会生活和情感反应评分较健康教育前降低;有异性接触史的梅毒患者健康教育后,其睡眠、社会生活和情感反应方面评分较健康教育前降低,男男性行为史的患者健康教育前后NHP评分差异无统计学意义;隐性梅毒患者健康教育后,其精力、睡眠、社会生活和情感反应评分较健康教育前降低。结论结合心理干预的面对面健康教育方式对门诊梅毒患者生活质量有一定程度的提高。
Objective To investigate the effects of health education on life quality of syphilis patients in clinic. The life qualities of the patients were evaluated before and after health education with Nottingham health profile （NHP）. Methods Syphilis patients were evaluated before and after health education （three month later） with NHP. Health education included STD knowledge and psychological treatment. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0. Using mean, standard deviation, constituent ratio of description, T- test was used to analyze the single factor. Results There were 109 syphilis patients, the recovery rate was 100%. Different demographic characteristics were compared before health education. The scores of NHP in the sleeping, social interaction and emotional reaction of the patients with middle school and above education level were higher than those of the junior middle school students （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After health education, the score of NHP in the aspect of sleeping, social interaction and emotion were lower than before （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After health education, the score of NHP in the aspect of sleeping, social interaction and emotion were lower than before. After health education, the heterosexual behavior＇ s score of NHP in the aspect of sleeping, social interaction and emotion were lower than before（P 〈0. 05）. Male behavior＇ s NHP score had no difference between before and after（P 〉 0. 05 ）. After health education, the occult syphilis patient＇ s score of NHP in the aspect of energy, sleeping, social interaction and emotion were lower than before （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The life quality of syphilis clinic clients can be improved through health education on syphilis face to face.
