摘要
京沪高速铁路与胶济客运专线间跨线客流的运输组织主要有乘坐跨线列车和在换乘站换乘2种方式。在阐述济南枢纽和济南西站现状的基础上,分析济南西站胶济客运专线列车折返作业流程及存在的折返进路不顺畅、胶济客运专线下行到发线能力紧张的问题,提出解决济南西站胶济客运专线列车折返作业迂回走行问题的建议,即济南西站增设到发线及在济南西站与济沪南联络线相连接的上下行联络环线上增设渡线。
There are mainly two modes for the transport organization of cross-line passenger flow between Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Qingdao-Ji'nan DPL, respectively by cross-line train and by transfer. Based on expounding general situation of Ji'nan railway hub and Ji'nan West Station, this paper analyzes the turnaround process of Qingdao-Ji'nan DPL train in Ji'nan West Station and the problems like non-smoothness of turnaround route and insufficient capacity of down arrival-departure tracks for Qingdao-Ji'nan DPL, and puts forward suggestions on solving the detour running of the DPL turnaround operation in Ji'nan West Station, including building additional arrival-departure tracks in Ji'nan West Station and adding crossover on the up and down liaison loop line which connects Ji'nan West Station and Ji'nan-Shanghai south liaison line.
