摘要
打造忠诚、干净、担当的高校纪检监察队伍不仅是一项重要的政治责任,也是每一位纪检监察人员的基本素养。目前,制约高校纪检监察队伍建设和发展的主要问题有人员配置不到位、从业机制不健全、职业水准低、专业培训匮乏等,导致高校纪检监察队伍敢于担当的主动性和能动性被弱化。为进一步建设坚强有力的高校纪检监察队伍,教育培训、激励引导是其履职能力提升的现实路径,纪检监察职业化、专业化队伍建设则是履职能力提升的根本选择。
It is an important political duty to construct a group of commission staff who are loyal, clean and responsible, which are basic qualities, for discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities. The challenges of structure optimization, staff stability and skill incompetence lead to the weakening of initiative and dynamism while implementing their duties. Education and training, inspiration and guiding are realistic approaches to improve staff's performance capability. Professionalization of disciplinary inspection and supervision and its construction are the ultimate choice to improve their performance capability
