摘要
目的:探讨步长稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联合治疗心律失常40例的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月-2015年2月在本院治疗的80例心律失常患者作为研究对象,将所有患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用步长稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔实施治疗,对照组患者单纯采用美托洛尔实施治疗,观察比较两组患者使用不同方法的临床治疗效果。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率95.0%明显高于对照组的65.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(字2=11.2500,P=0.0008)。结论:采用步长稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常患者,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,减少病情的复发,促进患者的康复效果。
Objective：To the clinical efficacy of Buchang Wenxin granule combined with Metoprolol for the treatment of 40 cases with arrhythmia.Method：80 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from February 2012 to February 2015 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The observation group was given Buchang Wenxin granule combined with Metoprolol for treatment,the control group was only given Metoprolol for treatment,the clinical effects of different methods between the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 65.0% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=11.2500,P=0.0008）.Conclusion：Using Buchang Wenxin Granules Combined with metoprolol for the treatment of patients with arrhythmia,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence of the disease,promote the rehabilitation effect of patients.
