地表水中水合肼样品保存条件研究

摘要 采用对二甲氨基苯甲醛分光光度法测定地表水中水合肼含量时,不同的样品保存条件对测定结果影响较大。本文采用正交试验方法系统地考察了保存温度、光照、p H和保存时间对地表水中水合肼测定结果的影响。结果表明:用棕色玻璃瓶采集水样,加入盐酸使p H=2.0,在4℃下避光保存9天,回收率大于92%。 Different sample preservation conditions have different influences on the determination results during mea-surement of the content of hydrazine hydrate in surface water by adopting P-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde spectropho-tometry method.In the present paper, orthogonal experiment was adopted to investigate systematically the effects of-preservation temperature,light, p H and time on experimental results. The results showed that the recovery rate can bemore than 92% when the sample is collected in brown vial, added hydrochloric acid to adjust p H=2 and preserved fornine days at 4℃.
