软黏土地区超高层建筑共同作用体系时变沉降分析及监测 被引量:2

Time-dependent Settlement Analysis and Monitoring in the Integrated Soil-foundation-structure System of Super High-rise Buildings in Soft Clay

摘要 在进行软黏土地区超高层建筑共同作用体系时变性能分析与设计时,地基基础沉降变形的时变性分析至关重要。从地基基础沉降变形的机理出发,考虑材料、结构及荷栽的时变性,对软黏土地区的地基基础沉降变形的时变性规律进行分析,并简要阐述了共同作用时变效应分析方法的基本原理和应用步骤。另外,以上海中心大厦为例,采用数值计算方法及分步加载形式,分析其时变沉降,并与监测数据进行对比,验证了计算结果的合理性及准确性。结果表明,结构封顶时沉降量约占最终沉降量的65%左右;竣工后3年,沉降量占最终沉降量的95%以上;竣工后10~15年,沉降才基本稳定;最终最大差异沉降达30~40mm;并将时变沉降等效为桩土弹簧刚度,其可用于地基-基础-上部结构共同作用分析,从而验证了共同作用时变效应分析方法的实际操作性。 In the time-dependent performance analysis and design of integrated soil-foundation- structure (SFS) system for super high-rise buildings in soft clay, the time-dependent foundation settlement analysis is crucial. By considering the mechanism of foundation settlement and the properties of time-dependent materials, time-dependent structures and time-dependent loads, this paper analyzed the time-dependent features of foundation settlement in soft clay. Meanwhile, this paper briefly illustrated the fundamental and application steps of time-dependent interaction analysis method. Besides, by using numerical calculation and stepped loading method, this paper calculated the time-dependent settlement of Shanghai Tower, and compared them with the monitoring data. The comparison results verified the reasonableness and accuracy of the calculation results. The results showed that the settlement when the structure roof is sealed accounts for about 65 % of the final settlement. The settlement when 3 years after completion accounts for more than 95 % of the final settlement. About 1U years to 13 years atter completion, the settlement is basically stable. The final maximum difference settlement is up to 30 -40mm. The time-dependent settlement can be pile-soil spring stiffness, which can be used to analyze the interaction effect of integrated Therefore, the time-dependent interaction analysis method has practical operability. equivalent to SFS system.
