摘要
随着科学技术的迅速发展,各种民用和军用设备的需求量也逐渐增加,对设备功能性能测试的要求越来越高,以往的手动测试效率低下、费时费力,时间成本和人力成本较高。文章以测试收发信机频谱的杂散为实例,设计了一套自动测试系统。该系统通过自动控制仪器、设置设备参数来实现测试频谱杂散的过程,可以对设备进行测试、故障诊断、数据处理、存储和传输,并以适当方式显示和输出测试结果。系统适用于批量产品的生产检测,可以显著降低产品制造的人工成本及降低测试人员的技术要求。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the quantity demanded of" a variety of" civilian and military equipment increases gradually, and the requirement of device fimction and performance test is higher. The traditional manual testing bas such defects as low efficiency, high time cost and higher labor cost. Taking the transceiver spectrum spurs test as an example, this paper designs an automatic test system. This system implements the spectum spurs test process with automatic test control instrument and equipment parameter setting, and it can perform the test, fault diagnosis, data processing, storage, transnfission, display and output the test results in proper way. The system is applicable to the detection of mass production, which can reduce the labor cost and the technical requirements for test personnel.
