摘要
手术质量与病人的预后密切相关,建立合理有效的评价体系是保证手术质量的关键。然而,外科手术质量体系的建立是一项复杂的过程,它不仅需要对手术本身建立客观有效的评价标准,在以病人为中心的理念下,并发症发生率、病死率、生活质量、总生存期以及病人的满意度等关键评价都应该纳入其中。同时,整个体系的建立需要有合理的配套制度作为保障,数据的采集与分析以及持续的改进也将是维持体系生命力的关键。
Quality of surgical operations correlates with prognosis. It is crucial to establish efficient evaluation system to maintain quality of surgeries. However, it＇ s a complicated process to set up such system, for it not only evaluates the surgery itself, but also includes complications, mortality, quality of life, overall survival and patients＇ satisfaction. Meanwhile, supporting system is necessary to guarantee the integrity. Data collecting and analyzing, as well as persistent improvement are also pivotal for the system.
