摘要
近年来,学术界对高校学生学习选择权的研究与探讨持续升温,而专业选择权是学习权中一项十分重要的内容。新建本科高校由于历史等方面的原因,对大学生专业选择权利保障的实践、研究尚处于探索阶段,本文客观分析了新建本科高校在专业选择权上存在的主要问题,借鉴国外先进经验,提出了完善学生专业选择权的主要对策。
The right of students＇major selection is a very important part of learning rights in universities. In recent years, the academic circle and education circle have paid more and more attention to it. Due to historical reasons, research and practice of students~ major selection in newly-built universities are still at the exploratory stage. This artiele puts forward the main path to expand the right of students~ major selection on the basis of an objective analysis of the fundamental problems concerning it.
