摘要
虚拟科技创新团队的知识流动效率是其知识管理的关注重点和有效运作的关键。以综合考量过程和结果为思路,将知识流动效率分为知识流动水平和知识流量与存量两个维度来衡量。基于虚拟科技创新团队的特征,提出知识流动效率的4个支撑因素,构建了概念模型、研究假设及度量量表。选取东北三省多所高校内的24个虚拟性质的科技创新团队为实证研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法收集相关数据,运用结构方程模型对理论假设进行了验证,从而明确了知识流动效率的相关性要素和影响程度。
Virtual technology innovation team' s knowledge flow efficiency is the core of knowledge management and the key of effective operation. With the comprehensive considering process and results for ideas, knowledge flow efficiency is distributed into two dimensions of knowledge flow level, knowledge flows and stocks. Based on the characteristic of VTIT, it proposed four support factors of its efficiency, and constructed the conceptual model, research hypotheses and measure scale. Twenty-four VTIT within universities of northeast three were selected for empirical research object, through the ques- tionnaire survey method to collect data, applying structural equation model to verify theoretical assumptions, thus made clear knowledge flow efficiency' s correlation factors and influence degree.
