摘要
目的:评价Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体与铸瓷嵌体在牙体修复的临床效果。方法:选取Ⅱ类洞活髓牙93颗,根据患者对材料的选择,一组采用Ceramage聚合瓷制作嵌体49颗,一组采用IPS EmpressⅡ制作铸瓷嵌体44颗。修复后定期复查追踪观察2年,观察临床效果。结果:按照改良的美国公共健康协会标准对两组修复效果进行临床评价,发现Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体修复组与铸瓷嵌体修复组在边缘密合性、外形、牙体完整性方面有统计学差异(P<0.05),而在牙龈健康状况上两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ceramage聚合瓷嵌体在牙体修复中具有优良的临床效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of ceramic inlays fabricated by polymerization ceramic and castable ceramic in restorating posterior teeth. Methods： 93 cases were selected, in which 49 cases with polymerization Ceramic inlays in one group included and 44 cases with castable ceramic inlays in the other group included. The clinical effects of the observation were examined after two-year periodic follow-up restoration. Results： According to the clinical evaluation of the restoration effect of the two groups by the American Public Health Association, there was statistically significant difference in marginal fit, appearance, and integrity in the terms of ceramic inlays fabricated by polymerization ceramic and castable ceramic （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in two groups in the terms of gum health （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Polymerization ceramic inlays have better clinical effect than castable ceramic inlays, which is recommendable for clinical use.
