摘要
延安精神是中国共产党领导广大人民在抗战时期形成的一种具有时代特征且内涵丰富的革命精神。当前,大学生在创业过程中还存在各种严峻的问题,比如创新创业观念滞后、艰苦奋斗意志缺乏、心理承受能力不足、团队意识缺乏等。在大学生创业实践中弘扬和培养延安精神,对激励大学生树立艰苦奋斗的创业意识、在创业过程中加强思想道德修养及增强大学生创业心理承受能力等具有重大的现实意义。
Yan＇ an Spirit with a typical characteristic of the formation of practical experience on the basis of long-term revolutionary struggle, it was formed by Communist and the working masses during the war.Currently, college students employment situation is increasingly serious, and college students still exist various serious problems in the process of entrepreneurship, such as college students are short of entrepreneurial ideas of hard working, and they are lack of mental capacity and team collective consciousness. Spreading and cultivate entrepreneurship education involving Yan＇ an spirit in college practice, it has great realistic significance on transforming traditional concept of education for college students, motivating students establish the arduous the pioneering consciousness and strengthening the ideological and moral cultivation in the entrepreneurial process, enhancing college students＇ psychology to bear ability of entrepreneurship.
