摘要
为明确阿维菌素及其几种混配制剂对家蚕的毒性,采用食下毒叶法测定了阿维菌素、阿维·螺螨酯悬浮剂、阿维·虫螨腈水乳剂、阿维·吡蚜酮悬浮剂、阿维·炔螨特水乳剂、阿维·吡虫啉微乳剂、阿维·噻螨酮微乳剂共7种农药制剂对家蚕2龄幼虫的毒性,并对家蚕中毒症状进行了观察记录。试验结果表明:将7种农药制剂分别配制成不同浓度梯度的药液浸渍桑叶饲喂家蚕48 h后,各制剂对家蚕的LC_(50)值均小于0.1 mg/L,均属剧毒级农药,对家蚕有极高风险性;各制剂引起的家蚕中毒表现出多种特征症状,如吐液、体褐、体僵直、摆头、侧卧、身体扭曲呈"C"形等。因此,阿维菌素及其各混配制剂不适合在桑园及其附近农田使用,同时也验证了阿维菌素与各种低毒农药混配后依然对非靶标生物不安全。
In order to identify the toxicities of avermectin and its mixedpreparation to silkworm（Bombyx mori）, the toxicities of the 7 pesticides（including avermectin EC, abamectin·spirodiclofen SC, abamectin· chlorfenapyr EW, abamectin·pymetrozine SC, abamectin·propargite EW, abamectin·imidacloprid ME, abamectin·hexythiazox ME） to 2nd instar larvae were determined with the leaf dipping method, and the poisoning symptoms of treated silkworm were observed simultaneously. The results showed that the LC50 values of these pesticides to 2nd instar larvae were less than 0.1 mg/L after 48 h of exposure, respectively, and the poisoning symptoms of treated silkworm were similar, such as vomiting, body turning brown, body rigid, head wobbling, side roll and body distorting to ＂C＂ shape, etc. It suggested that avermectin and its mixedpreparation should not be used in mulberry field and the farmland around it because of their high toxicities. Results also indicated that avermectin mixed with low toxicity pesticides were still not necessarily safe to non-target insects.
