无镀层焊丝防锈涂层抗盐雾腐蚀研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍无镀层焊丝的研究背景。无镀层焊丝表面防锈处理的目的是延长焊丝的储存时间,并保持焊丝的最佳使用条件。为保证储存和运送等实际需求,研究无镀层焊丝适用的防锈剂。采用盐雾快速腐蚀作为手段,对防锈剂进行配制、筛选和改进,在一系列试验研究的基础上开发了成本低并可用于无镀层焊丝实际生产的JRO-18/15防锈剂。经过大气暴露试验,无镀层焊丝涂覆JRO-18/15防锈剂后,抗盐雾腐蚀时间能达到100 h,室内防锈期可超过3个月。 To introduce research background of non-copper plating wire. The objective of non-copper plating wire surface anti-rust treatment is to prolong the storage time and keep the optimum condition of the wire. The antirust agent that is suitable for non-copper plating wire is researched to guarantee actual requirement of storage and transportation. The antirust agent is formulated,selected and improved by means of salt spray accelerated corrosion,on the basis of a series of salt spray corrosion tests,low cost JRO-18/15 antirust agent that can be used for non-copper plating wire actual production is developed. After atmospheric exposure test,non-copper plating wire can reach 100 hours salt fog corrosion resistance time after coated JRO- 18/15 antirust agent,indoor antirust period is over three months.
