冻融后预应力混凝土受弯构件最大裂缝宽度研究

摘要 试验研究了5根预应力钢筋混凝土受弯试件经历不同冻融次数后的力学性能。通过对实验过程的分析及得到的荷载-挠度曲线,研究遭受冻融作用后预应力混凝土受弯构件使用阶段最大裂缝宽度随冻融次数的变化规律,参考规范法,将试验得到的最大裂缝宽度值与理论计算值进行对比,从而建立反映冻融影响的预应力混凝土受弯构件的最大裂缝宽度计算公式,在计算遭受冻融作用后的预应力混凝土受弯构件的最大裂缝宽度时,受力特征系数取1.8更为合适。这一结果为我国寒区的预应力混凝土结构的变形验算提供了参考。 An experiment is carried out of five prestressed concrete beams after different times of freeze-thawing to investigate the change rule of prestressed concrete the maximum crack width along with the number of freeze-thawing cycles through the analysis of the experimental process and the load deflection curve. Referencing standard method and comparing the value of theoretical calculation and experimental results,the formula of the maximum crack width is established which can reflect the effect of prestressed concrete flexural member after freeze-thawing. It's more appropriate if take the force characteristic coefficient αcras 1. 8when calculate the maximum crack width of prestressed concrete structure after freeze-thawing. The research can provide reference for the deformation calculation of prestressed concrete structure in cold regions.
