摘要
就当前建筑电气设计与审图中一些有争议的问题,如对人员密集场所的认知、不同规范所适用的范围、住宅电气工程内的弱电系统设施可否认定为电子信息系统类建筑、住宅类SPD的设置应遵循哪本规范、对高层建筑物等电位均压环及防侧击雷问题的认知、建筑物火灾自动报警系统设置的依据及系统形式判定原则、住宅居住区火灾自动报警系统系统形式的确定等进行探讨。
The article explores some disputing issues in current building electrical engineering design and drawing review, like how to determine crowded places and applicable scope of different specifications, whether weak current system facilities in building electrical works should be defined as electronic information system construction, which specification should be follow to set residential SPD, how to perceive the matters of equipotential bonding ring and protection against side-striking lightning for high-rise buildings, the basis of buildings automatic fire alarm system settings and what principles to determine the system type, and how to determine the type of the automatic fire alarm system in residential area.
