摘要
采用K-B纸片扩散法对从新疆常见食用性动物原奶中筛选出的17株肠球菌(Enterococcus spp.)进行10种抗生素耐药性检测。耐药谱结果显示,17株肠球菌对新霉素和卡那霉素均为100%敏感;对链霉素耐药率较高,为94.12%;对其余7种抗生素均表现出不同程度的耐药性,对萘啶酸和四环素的耐药率分别为35.29%和123.53%;对利福平、红霉素、头孢噻肟和氨苄西林等抗生素敏感或中度敏感。其中超过50%的菌株能耐受4~5种抗生素,表明新疆地区少数民族食用乳品中肠球菌均存在耐药性,部分肠球菌具有多重耐药,仍需进一步对肠球菌耐药传播进行监测。
17 strains of Enterococcus spp. were screened from raw milk of Xinjiang common animals by Kirby-Bauer method. The drug resistance of 17 strains of Enterococcus spp. was detected with 10 antibiotics. The results of drug-resistant spectrum showed that the drug resistance rate of 17 strains on neomycin and kanamycin was 100%, the drug resistance rate on streptomycin was 94.12%. And that on the other seven antibiotics showed different degrees of drug resistance. The drug resistance rate on nalidixic acid and tetracycline was 35.29% and 23.53%, respectively. The strains were sensitive or moderate sensitive on rifampicin, erythromycin, cefotaxime and ampicillin. More than 50% of the strains could tolerate 4-5 kinds of antibiotics, which indicated that Enterococcus spp. selected from dairy products in Xinjiang ethnic minority had drug resistance. Part Enterococcus spp. had multiple drug resistance. The spread ofEnterococcus spp. drug resistance still need to be further monitored.
