摘要
目的探讨延续护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响。方法按照是否实施延续护理服务，选择2009年1月～2010年12月入住本院的46例慢性乙型肝炎患者为对照组，2011年1月～2013年6月的49例慢性乙型肝炎患者为实验组。两组患者住院期间均予以常规护理和健康教育，出院时给予健康指导。实验组于出院后给予延续护理干预，并建立延续服务档案。两组患者随访12个月，通过问卷调查的方法了解两组相关知识掌握程度及抗病毒治疗依从性。结果实验组患者对慢性乙型肝炎、抗病毒治疗的认识程度和用药治疗的依从性均显著高于对照组（P〈O．01）。结论延续护理干预可提高慢性乙型肝炎患者对慢性乙型肝炎和抗病毒治疗的认知程度及治疗依从性，减少不良反应和并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the impact of extended nursing intervention in anti-virus treatment compliance of pa- tients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods According to whether the implementation of extended nursing service,46 pa- tients with chronic hepatitis B admitted into our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected as control group,and 49 patients with chronic hepatitis B from January 2011 to June 2013 were selected as experimental group. Two groups were given routine nursing and health education during hospitalization,and were given health guidance at discharged.The experimental group was given extended nursing intervention after discharged,and extended service archives was established.Two groups were followed up for 12 months. Related knowledge mastered degree and anti- virus treatment compliance in two groups was inspected by questionnaire survey. Results The understanding level of patients to chronic hepatitis and anti-virus treatment,dug treatment compliance in experimental group were higher than those of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Extended nursing intervention can enhance the understanding level of pa- tients with chronic hepatitis B to chronic hepatitis and anti-virus treatment and treatment compliance,and can reduce the adverse reaction and complications.
