摘要
分析了风扇连接支架结构及冲压工艺的难点,根据对该制件结构特点安排工步数,设计了级进模排样方案,并对模具结构进行了分析,着重对该制件拉伸部分在顺送模具具体实现过程进行分析。实践证明,该模具设计合理,结构可靠,质量稳定,对同类制件模具设计具有一定的参考价值。
This paper analyzes the structure of the connecting bracket and the difficulty of thestamping process. According to the structure characteristics of the parts,the design of the dielayout scheme is designed. Practice has proved that the design is reasonable,the structure isreliable,the quality is stable,and it has certain reference value for the similar parts die design.
