墨绿色反射隔热涂料的研究

摘要 基于不同色浆在光谱中的反射率的不同,筛选不同种类色浆互补出墨绿色浆,并对墨绿色反射隔热弹性涂料影响因素的研究,同时研究了所制备的墨绿色系反射隔热涂料隔热性能。实验结果表明:采用铁黄,群青色浆互补出墨绿色色浆制备的涂料性能最优,当明度值为36时,太阳反射比为0.34,近红外发射比为0.67,空心玻璃微珠为7%左右,陶瓷粉含量为3%,其隔热效果优异于市售普通绿色色浆及高性能红外反射涂料。 Based on different reflectance spectrum of Paste, screening out the different types of paste complement dark green pulp, and study on dark green elastic coating of reflective insulation factors, while the dark green of the study prepared by the Department of reflective insulation paint insulation properties. The results show that: the use of iron yellow, ultramarine blue colorant complement the dark green paint color paste produced the best performance, when the brightness value of 36, the solar reflectance of 0.34, the near-infrared emission ratio of 0.672, hollow glass microspheres 7 about%, the ceramic powder content of 3 %, which is excellent in heat insulation effect of green colorant and a commercially available general high-performance infrared reflective coatings.
