摘要
微生物堆浸是利用微生物的生物化学作用,选择性地将被浸矿物或其他有用矿物从矿石中浸出来的一种方法,这种方法简便,生产周期短,成本低,利用率高,减少对环境所造成的不利影响等优点。为满足微生物堆浸对细菌的需求,对细菌生长周期、活性等提出了一定的要求,在文章中,笔者讨论以及分析了两种不同的生物挂膜填料选择对该铀矿中浸铀菌群的影响。结果表明,有填料比无填料对细菌的生长更有利,不同填料对细菌的生长效果影响不同。
Microbial heap leaching is a method of using biological chemistry of microorganisms, which selectively leachs minerals or other useful minerals from the ore leaching. It has such advantages of simpleness, short production cydes, low cost, high utilization rate and reducing the adverse effects on the environment. Some certain requirements are put forward for the activity of bacteria growth cycle to satisfy the demand of the microbial bacteria heap leaching. In the article, the auther, by discussing and analyzing the effect of two different kinds of Selection of Biological Membrane Packing on the Bacteria Leaching Uranium, reaches the conclusion of having more advantages for packing than non-filler and differences on the effect of different fillers on the growth of bacteria..
