摘要
某型船用柴油机主要由继电器、开关式传感器、执行器等实施逻辑控制,这些逻辑控制器件的动作值及其相互间逻辑关系是柴油机正常工作的重要保证。针对某船右柴油机出现的完全停车传感器接通和断开时机无法同时满足控制逻辑要求的故障,设计开发了基于单片机的现场参数采集装置,通过对比分析左、右柴油机现场采集的参数,诊断出该故障是由右柴油机启动过程中燃油系统压力变化滞后于转速变化导致的,通过更换机带燃油泵将故障排除,从而为该型船用柴油机该类型故障诊断提供了有效方法和设备。
A certain marine diesel engine control system is composed of relay, switch type sensor and actuator for logical control. The operating value and logical relationship of the logic control devices are important for the normal working process of diesel engine. In allusion to the questions that clearing the fault of the connected value and open value of full-stop-sensor in the right side diesel engine can't be simultaneously satisfied, a field data acquisition device is developed based on single chip microcomputer. According to analyzing the field parameter of both left side and right side diesel engine, the fault is located to that the fuel system pressure change is fall behind of rotate speed change, then, the fault is cleared by replacing the machine with fuel pump. So an effective method and device is proposed to analyze this type fault of the marine diesel engine.
