摘要
采用封闭四酸溶样后,再加硫酸冒烟,盐酸提取,稀释后用ICP-MS测定钨钼矿石中稀土元素,并用铑和铱作内标元素补偿基体效应和灵敏度漂移。根据钨钼矿石标准参考物质(GBW07238-GBW07241)的分析结果评价方法的准确性和精确性。方法检出限为0.002-0.013μg/g,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%~7.8%。
The samples of tungsten and molybdenum ores were digested with HCl-HNO3-HF-HClO4 in a closed PTFE digestion vessel. H2SO4 was added and fumed to near dryness, then the residue was taken up with HC1. The rare earth elements in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after dilution. The matrix interferences and analytical signal drift could be inhibited with Rh, Ir as internal standard elements. The method was used for the determination of rare earth elements in tungsten and molybdenum ores certified reference materials (GBW 07238-GBW 07241 ) to evaluate the accuracy and precision of the method. Detection limits of the method were in the range of 0. 002 - 0. 015 μg/g with relative standard deviations of 1.3 % 7.8%.
