低有机质脱水污泥热水解特性研究

摘要 为了提高低有机质脱水污泥的厌氧消化效率,本文研究热水解对污泥的有机质溶解效率的影响。考察了热水解时间和反应温度对低有机质污泥性质的影响。结果表明:热水解对低有机质污泥的有机质溶解和水解有一定的促进作用,随反应时间延长污泥沉降性能提高,随热水解温度上升污泥粘度下降,最佳的热水解条件为160℃、20 min,此时悬浮性有机物溶解率为13.28%,COD溶解率为31.98%。 In order to improve the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion of low organic dewatering sludge, the effect of thermal hydrolysis of organic matter on the sludge dissolution efficiency was studied. The influence of thermal hydrolysis time and temperature on low organic sludge properties was also studied. The results showed that organic matter dissolved and hydrolyzed of low organic sludge was increased by thermal hydrolysis. Sludge settling performance was improved with the reaction time extended. Sludge solution viscosity was decreased with the water temperature increased. The best thermal hydrolysis conditions was 160 ℃, 20 min, that suspended organic matter and COD dissolution ratio was 13.28%, 31.98%, respectively.
