摘要
针对传统的利用显微镜间接或直接方法对红细胞计数存在工作量大、精确度低、成本大、小细胞低色素性贫血等疾病无法测试等问题,提出了一种基于图像处理的红细胞自动计数系统,通过对获取的红细胞图片进行平滑处理、灰度处理、二值化处理得到特征比较明显的二值图像,然后对该图像进行边缘缩放,达到图像单元分割,并最终对图像特征进行分析,达到识别一个完整的红细胞,实验结果表明,该系统具有计数误差小、耗时少、功能强大、操作简单、性能稳定可靠等优点。
Compared to the traditional method of using a microscope directly or indirectly to count the erythrocyte, due to the problems of heavy workload, low accuracy, high cost, small cell hypoehromie anemia and other diseases which can not test, this text comes up with an erythrocyte automatic counting system based on image processing. By smoothing, gray scale processing and binary processing to pictures of red blood cells obtained, it can get more obvious features of a binary image, and then scale the image edges to achieve image segmentation unit, and finally it analyzes the characteristics of the image to identify a complete red blood cell. The experimental results show that, this system has the advantages of small counting deviation, less time-consuming, powerful function, simple operation and stable and reliable performance.
