摘要 为掌握750 k V SF6罐式断路器出现闪络故障的原因和积累故障分析经验,针对新疆哈密750 k V变电站一起750 k V SF6罐式断路器故障,通过设备故障现场勘查、返厂解体、元件试验检测、产品质量溯源等手段,深入分析了故障元件的电气特性,寻找到该断路器发生故障的内因,确认该断路器是由于断口并联电容器介质损耗偏大引起的电容器爆炸,进而导致断路器断口击穿,最终演变成对地闪络,从而为今后750 k V断路器的故障查找和运维保障提供了可借鉴的经验和思路。 In order to understand the reasons of 750 kV SF6 tank circuit breaker flashover fault and to accumulate expe-rience in failure analysis, in view of a 750 kV SF6 tank circuit breaker failure in Xinjiang Hami 750 kV substa-tion, by the means of disintegration of the scene view, returned to the factory for disintegration check, product quality tracing, and test methods, the cause of the failure of the circuit breaker is found finally. It is confirmed that the circuit breaker fault is caused by the fracture parallel capacitor due to its dielectric loss is too high, which leads capacitor to explosion, and then leads circuit breaker fracture to breakdown, eventually the flashover has happened. The circuit breaker failure analysis provides a reference experience and ideas for the troubleshooting and operational security of 750 kV circuit breaker in future.
