摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件模拟计算MTBE产品脱硫过程的方法。在对MTBE脱硫模型进行合理简化的基础上,通过选取适宜的模型和热力学参数,确立了MTBE脱硫过程气相的侧线采出板位置,为优化MTBE脱硫过程提供了依据。计算结果可作为满足高标号汽油调和要求的MTBE脱硫设计的基础。
Desulfurization course of MTBE was simulated by simulated calculation with Aspen Plus Software. Position of the side line production board in course of desulfurization of MTBE was determined by selecting suitable mode and thermodynamics parameters on the base of reasonable simplification on the desulfurization mode,which provided reference for optimization on desulfurization course of MTBE. The calculation results could be used to the design base for desulfurization design of MTBE which should meet the blending requirement of high grade gasoline.
