摘要
对8 mm厚度-45℃耐低温冲击钢板在莱钢4 300 mm宽厚板生产线的生产实践进行分析,优选并确定了最佳生产工艺参数,C 0.12%-0.15%,Mn 1.25%左右,Nb、Ti 0.015%,P、S元素和其他杂质尽可能低;铸坯出炉温度1 200-1 240℃,温差20℃内;中间坯厚度48 mm左右;精轧开轧温度稳定在1 050℃左右,精轧7道次,终轧温度控制在830℃左右。
Through analyzing the production practice of thickness 8mm low-temperature tolerant plates at -45 % in 4 300 mm heavy plate production line in Laiwu Steel, the design of optimum process parameters was optimized and confirmed. The process parameters were designed as follows: C 0.12% - 0.15%, Mn is about 1.25%, Nb, Ti is 0.015%, P and S elements and other impurities is as low as possible; the discharging temperature of slabs was 1 200-1 240℃, their temperature difference was controlled within 20 ℃. The thickness of intermediate slabs was 48 mm; the start rolling temperature in the finishing rolling period was about 1 050 ℃, with 7 passes in finishing period, and the finishing temperature was controlled at 830 ℃. The stable batch supplying of this product was realized.
