摘要
针对变压器在遭受短路冲击时会引起绕组变形的问题,提出一种变压器绕组变形的低电压阻抗诊断方法。分析变压器绕组空间结构与漏磁通分布,建立短路电抗与绕组相对位置的数学模型,论证了基于低电压短路阻抗的变压器绕组变形诊断原理及判断方法。通过实例分析,研究低电压阻抗法的单相测量试验,推导出变压器各单相阻抗的计算公式,试验结果验证了低电压阻抗诊断方法的有效性和准确性。
To solve the winding deformation problem when transformers subjected to short-circuit impact, a low-voltage impedance diagnosis method for transformer winding deformation was proposed. The space structure and leakage flux distribution of transformer winding was analyzed, and the mathematical model of short-circuit reactance and winding relative position was established, then the diagnostic principle of transformer winding det'ormation and judgment method based on low-voltage impedance were demonstrated. Through case analysis, the single-phase test of low-voltage impedance method was studied, and the calculation formula of transformer single-phase impedance was derived. The test results verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the low-voltage impedance diagnosis method.
