豫西地区禽源大肠杆菌的分离鉴定与耐药性分析 被引量:29

摘要 为了解豫西地区禽源大肠杆菌的耐药情况,从豫西地区养鸡场采集130份疑似大肠杆菌病料样品,按常规方法分离细菌,对分离菌株进行生化试验、PCR鉴定、血清型鉴定及药敏试验。结果显示,共分离鉴定出98株鸡源大肠杆菌,确定86株细菌分属14个血清型,其中以O14、O141、O78、O88血清型为主,分别占分离菌株的20.93%、16.28%、13.95%、9.30%。利用K-B法药敏试验检测大肠杆菌对20种抗生素的耐药性,结果表明,分离菌对复方新诺明的耐药性最高(95.92%),其次为四环素(83.67%)、氨苄西林(81.63%)、萘啶酸(77.55%)、恩诺沙星(69.39%),对亚胺培南和多黏菌素B敏感。大部分菌株具有多重耐药性,耐药种类最多的菌株对18种抗生素耐药,9~14重耐药菌株有76株,占77.55%。可见,豫西地区禽源大肠杆菌耐药现象十分严重,严重影响了禽类大肠杆菌病的防治。 In order to investigate the resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from chickens in western Henan province,a total of 130 samples of suspect of Escherichia coli were examined for the presence of Escherichia coli species. All bacteria were isolated by a conventional method,identificated via biochemical testing,PCR,serotyping and antimicrobial susceptibility test. 98 strains of E. coli were separated and 86 strains were confirmed as belonging to 14 serum types. The chief serum types were O14,O141,O78 and O88with the percentage of 20. 93%,16. 28%,13. 95% and 9. 30% respectively. The isolates were evaluated for antimicrobial sensitivity by K-B disc diffusion method against 20 antimicrobial drugs. Among E. coli isolates,95. 92%,83. 67%,81. 63%,77. 55%,69. 39% were resistant to sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline,ampicillin,nilidixic acid and enrofloxacin,respectively. Almost isolates of E. coli were susceptible to polymyxin B,imipenem. Most of isolates were multiple resistant strains. 77. 55% of the isolates( 76) were resistant to 9—14 antimicrobial agents. This study revealed that the drug resistance of all isolates was a severe problem in western Henan province,which would seriously affect diagnosis and prevention of E. coli in poultry.
