摘要
结合《动物防疫法》的相关规定,针对动物卫生监督执法中的警告、罚款、没收违法所得(没收非法财物)、责令暂停或停止诊疗服务活动等四种行政处罚,从概念、依据、应注意问题等方面进行分析,旨在为规范动物卫生监督执法行为,提升队伍素质提供参考。
The relevant provisions of the Animal epidemic prevention law combined with the four types of administrative penalty in animal health supervision and law enforcement,such as warnings,fines,confiscation of illegal income（confiscation of illegal property）,order to suspend or stop treatment service activities were analyzed from the respects of the concepts,basis,problems needed to be concerned,the paper aimed at regulating the behavior of animal health supervision and law enforcement and improving the quality of working staffs.
