人类蛋白质二硫键异构酶家族研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 蛋白质二硫键异构酶(protein disulfide isomerase,PDI)家族是硫氧还蛋白(thioredoxin,TRX)超家族中的成员,均含有TRX样结构域,主要存在于细胞内质网中,促蛋白巯基-二硫键转换,调节二硫键的氧化还原状态,帮助二硫键形成、破坏与重排。PDI家族主要在促蛋白折叠、翻译后修饰上发挥重要作用,与未折叠蛋白反应(unfolded protein response,UPR)密切相关,
