磷石膏渣水热合成硫酸钙晶须的试验研究 被引量:11

The Experimental Research on Preparation of Calcium Sulfate Whiskers with Hydrothermal Synthesis from Phosphogypsum Residue

摘要 利用工业废渣磷石膏作为主要原料,通过外掺少量纯天然石膏晶种形成复合体系,在聚四氟乙烯高压反应罐中采用水热压法合成硫酸钙晶须。运用控制变量法,研究了该复合体系在不同反应温度、反应时间、料浆质量分数、原料粒度条件下对合成的硫酸钙晶须形貌的影响。分别采用激光粒度分布仪(LSPSDA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品的粒度分布、物相和形貌进行分析。结果表明:磷石膏水热合成硫酸钙晶须的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度135℃、反应时间4 h、料浆质量分数2.5%、原料粒度为45~80μm。采用氯化镁为晶型助长剂,在此条件下可制备出晶型均匀、平均长径比75、平均直径0.5μm半水硫酸钙晶须产品。 The composite system was formed using industrial phosphogypsum waste as predominant raw materials and mixing a little of the seed crystal of pure natural gypsum. Hydrothermal method was directly applied in the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers in Teflon stainless steel autoclave. The effects of the morphology of calcium sulfate whiskers were studied, which in different conditions such as reaction temperature by control variable method. The particle size distribution, phase and morphology of samples were characterized respectively using LSPSDA, XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the optimum conditions for the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers from phosphogypsum were that: reaction temperature of 135 ℃, reaction time of 4 h, slurry mass concentration of 2.5%, raw materials size was 45~80 μm and the crystal growth promoter was Mg Cl2. Under those conditions, calcium sulfate hemihydrate whiskers with uniform crystalline, in addition, the average aspect ratio and average diameter of whiskers were 75 and 0.5 μm can be observed.
